Client Need
In launching a new product to Canadian
consumers, XM had three specific objectives;
- Generate awareness
- Encourage trial
- Build the brand
Vision|Co. was also tasked with hiring a staff to be the "face of
XM" in-field and begin to build a corporate culture with this
team.
Strategy
Vision|Co. built The XM Field Marketing Team
and managed the entire HR process. Eighteen energetic team members
across the country are tasked to build strategy and drive execution
with the following;
- Manage senior-level relationships at the local automotive and
retail store level
- Educate sales staff and consumers on XM
- Secure regional event sponsorships
The team is also responsible for store / dealer merchandising,
store / dealer audits, and managing the execution of national /
regional sponsorships.
Results
The Vision|Co. National Field Marketing Team
has been deployed, and on average, make 2,000 retail visits, execute
100 product knowledge sessions, and have a presence at numerous
events per
month.
